The cuts and tones we're loving this season

Every season brings a shift in what clients are requesting — and this spring, the energy in the studio is all about softness, warmth, and lived-in texture.

On the cut side, curtain bangs continue to dominate. They frame the face beautifully and work across almost every hair type — from straight to wavy. We're also seeing a return of the classic shag: layered, textured, and full of movement. It flatters long and medium lengths equally well.

For color, warm honey and caramel tones are replacing the cooler, ashy palettes of the past two years. Clients are embracing golden undertones that complement the season's natural light. Copper is also having a major moment — both as an all-over tone and as a dimension layer in balayage.

For men, the disconnected undercut is evolving into something softer. Tapered sides with longer, textured tops styled with a light matte product are consistently walking out of the barber chair. Clean, but not rigid.

The throughline across all of it: effortless. Looks that feel undone in the best possible way — like your hair is just naturally doing that.
